CASE AND ISSUING SYSTEM FOR NON-CONTACT IC CARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact IC card case that enables a non-contact IC card which has already been issued and used by a user to be reissued to anther user and an issuing system for a non-contact IC card which can issue the same non-contact IC card allowed to be repeatedly reused by a plurality of users. SOLUTION: This non-contact IC card case is one where at least a part of personal information stored in the storing part of the non-contact IC card is displayed on the card case for non-contact IC card, and this issuing system for non-contact IC card houses the non-contact IC card in a card case main body and subsequently displays and records the issuing information of the non- contact IC card on the card case main body in the case of issuing the non- contact IC card, and also stores the issuing information in the storing part of the non-contact IC card and after that issues the non-contact IC card.
