PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crime preventing device negating the fraudulent access from the outside to a locking mechanism provided in a device main body of a dispenser or the like and securing a high crime preventing property as a whole. SOLUTION: This locking device for an opening/closing body openably closely fitted to a device main body 2 and the front face of a device is provided with a first locking device capable of locking between the opening/closing body and the device and having a keyway 10 on the opening/closing body, an arm section 13 constituted of a first arm 13b extending along the side face of the device main body 2 and the opening/closing body, formed into a nearly L-shape, and located on the side face and a second arm 13a extending along the opening/ closing body, and a second locking device 14 having a locking mechanism provided on the side section of the device main body 2 and a holding member holding the first arm 13b. When the first arm 13b is locked, the second arm 13a is positioned to cover the front vicinity of the opening/closing body and the keyway 10 practically.
