PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing for a liquid crystal panel enlarging a range with a uniformized distance between substrates which is nearly equal to a spacer's diameter by restricting a region with varying distances between the substrates that gradually decreases from thickness of a temporary fixing material to the spacer's diameter. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing has a step for sticking together substrates, which comprises holding a buffer material 30 of which the parts corresponding to corner parts 10a respectively provided with an ultraviolet curing resin 22 are cut on a surface of a large sized panel 10, pressurizing them and curing a sealant 20.
