PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article transporting and keeping apparatus capable of efficiently transporting or keeping articles different in size, shape or number. SOLUTION: First and second connection members 14, 15 crossing each other are provided between two adjacent supports 6 among four supports 6 so as to be capable of freely changing the interval between them and article placing stands 2 are attached to the insides of four supports 6 in a detachable manner and articles 1 are placed on the article placing stands 2.
