PURPOSE: An ashtray equipped with water tank in the center of an ashtray to easily extinguish fire and a cigaret inserting hole is provided, which is simple to use, easy to clean and generates no smoke caused by imperfect combustion. CONSTITUTION: This ashtray comprises a female screw(5) in the center of the lower part of an ashtray; a socket(6) having a specified height and diameter and projected in the center of the ashtray; a male screw(7) placed at the lower part of the ashtray and being in gear with the female screw; a circular water tank(8) having a specified height and diameter and connected to the socket by a screw; and a cigaret inserting hole(9) in the center of the ashtray.
