PURPOSE: A fuel supply system for a vehicle is provided to prevent the pressure pulsation due to the pressure change for precise control of a fuel injection amount by resolving the pressure change of an injection rail by a pressure controller, thereby improving the engine performance and reducing harmful exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION: A fuel supply system for a vehicle includes a fuel tank(11) for storing fuel, an injection rail(15) disposed with a plurality of fuel injectors(16) for injecting fuel to respective cylinders of an engine, a fuel supply tube(13) for connecting the fuel tank with the injection rail, a fuel pump(12) for supplying the fuel stored in the fuel tank to the injection rail via the fuel supply tube, a pressure controller(17) mounted at a side of the fuel tank and connected with the fuel supply tube via a recovery tube(18) to be driven by a fuel pressure of the injection rail and the fuel supply tube for recovering remaining fuel in the injection rail and the fuel supply tube to the fuel tank, and a pressure control chamber(19) mounted at a side of the fuel supply tube to be communicated with the fuel supply tube for preventing fuel pulsation by receiving or supplying fuel from or to the fuel supply tube according to the fuel pressure change of the fuel supply tube and the injection rail due to the operations of the fuel injectors.
