PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for mounting ultrasonic transducer on hull hardly influenced by whirlpool or bubbles in the navigation of a hull, capable of easily conforming the directions of orthogonal three axes of an ultrasonic transducer to those of an oscillation detector, and precisely opposing the ultrasonic transducer to the sea base. SOLUTION: A parallelogram link mechanism is formed of a support member 2 mounted along a hull 1, a first member 3 rockably provided protrusively from the part located above the sea of the support member 2, a second member 4 rockably provided protrusively from the part located in the sea of the support member 2, and a third member 5 parallel to the support member 2 and rockably mounted on the first member 3 and the second member 4. An oscillation detector 11 is mounted on the first member 3, an underwater probing ultrasonic transducer 12 is mounted on the second member 4, a changing means 6 for regulating the angle while keeping the parallelism between the first member 3 and the second member 4 is mounted, and the angle between the first member 3 and the second member 4 is regulated by the changing means 6.
