PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a malfunction such as assembling takes time and the number of part items is many since a swing preventer is installed in an upper part and a slipping-out preventer is installed in a cylinder lower end part though it is ordinary to prevent swelling of a cylinder at vehicle traveling time by holding an intermediate part to an outer rail by using a semicircular clamp in the swing preventer of the cylinder for a conventional lift, and fixing a projecting part of a lower end part to a lower stay of an outer mast by bolt fastening by using a plate in the slipping-out preventer. SOLUTION: A lift cylinder supporting fixing device is characterized in that a clamp 1 composed of a cylindrical part 11 and a lever part 12 is used to fit the cylindrical part 11 of the clamp 1 in a cylinder tube 21 for arranging a collar-shaped disk 23 on the upper end to be installed by keeping specific clearance 5 in the vertical direction, and after inserting the lever part 12 into a hole 31 of a plate 3 welded to an outer mast 4, a cylinder 2 is fixed by a projecting part 13 arranged in the lever part 12 by bending or rotating.
