PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging case of which the vinyl packaging bag or the packaging paper wrapping the packaging case is not broken. SOLUTION: A first side board 3 and a second side board 4 connected with a bottom board 2 and both sides of the bottom board 2 are folded inward, and a pair of cover forming boards 5 connected respectively with the first side board 3 and the second side board 4 are folded to form a cylindrical body, and flaps 6 extended from the first side board 3 and the second side board 4 are provided on an open face of the cylindrical body and folded inward. A third side board 7 and a fourth side board 8 connected with the bottom board 2 are folded to close an opening of the cylindrical body, and inserting pieces 9 connected with respective end edges of the third side board 7 and the fourth side board 8 are inserted between the cover forming board 5 and flaps 6 to form a packaging case 1, and the contours of the bottom board 2 and four corners of the first to fourth side boards are formed by roundish curves.
