PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking handle that can be versatilely used for a cooking vessel such as a pot or a pan, expand the range of use of the cooking containers and simply and reliably facilitate cooking. SOLUTION: A cooking handle 1 has a long upper handgrip 2, a lower handle 3, a support link 4 and a pinching link 5 supporting the upper handle and the lower handle and a pinching hook 6 and a pinching piece 7 formed into a shape that can pinch the cooking vessel. The cooking handle can be attached to and detached from a cooking vessel by pinching and releasing it, get a wider range of applications during and after cooking, and makes an easy-to-use handle due to a synergetic effect.
