Diamond containing working portion is in the form of ring whose thickness is equal that of body or more than it and whose outer diameter is equal to diameter of diamond shearing wheel. Welding of body and diamond-containing working portion is realized with use of laser. Laser is also used for cutting out slits with formation of separate segments.
