PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of cooling efficiency by preventing the slack of the insulating coating of a wide transition electric wire. SOLUTION: Plural linear spacers 2 are arranged at the outer peripheral side of an insulating cylinder 1 along the peripheral direction of the insulating cylinder, and plural insulating spacers 5 are supported in the axial direction of the straight spacer 2, and a wide transition electric wire 3 supported among the insulating spacers is wound along the insulting cylinder 1 so that a transfer coil 4 can be constituted. Also, wave-shaped insulating spacer 22 are arranged so as to be supported by plural spacers 21 arranged along the outside peripheral direction of the coil 4. Thus, the wave-shaped insulating spacers 22 are arranged so that it is possible to prevent the slack of the insulating coating of the wide transition electric wire 3, and to prevent the deterioration of the cooling efficiency by preventing the closing of a cooling path.
