PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector that can prevent a cover from turning in the circumferential direction from installing holes. SOLUTION: A cover 30 has a pair of L shaped half bodies. If these half bodies 31A, 31B are closed, a flange 14 of a mounting portion 13 in a housing 10 is fitted on a fitting groove of installing holes 34, and also coupling portions 44 and coupling pieces 45, locking pieces 39 and locking protrusions 40 are coupled, respectively, therefore the half bodies 31A, 31B can be held in a closed state. At the same time, ribs 15 which are protruded toward front side of the flange 14 of the mounting portion 13 in a housing 10 are coupled to cut portions 41, 42 which are formed side walls 36 forming the installing holes 34 of the cover 30. A side end 43 of the cut portions 41, 42 is coupled to the ribs 15 so that rotation of the cover 30 can be prevented, although a force that acts to turn the cover 30 circumferential in the direction of an arrow Z is applied to the cover 30.
