PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter improved in filtration efficiency and with a filter bag easily detached or attached. SOLUTION: A plurality of water discharge partition plates 25 with the inside used as a surface liquid passage 29 communicating with a discharge pipeline 12 are radially arranged, a filter bag 40 is placed in a cylinder dividing gap 35 between the partition plates 25, a raw liquid from a feed pipeline 8 is introduced into the opening 42 of the bag 40, and the filtrate passed through the bag 40 is sent to the liquid passage 29 of the partition plate 25 through a water-permeable plate 26 opposed to both side faces 41a of the bag 40 and discharged outside a filter tank 1 from the pipeline 12. As a result, a cylindrical structure with the radial filtration surface formed as a whole is constituted by placing the bag 40 in the gap 35 between the partition plates 25, the radial filtration surface is increased, and the filtration efficiency is improved.
