PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of recovering vapor. SOLUTION: A control device 22 computes variation speed of pressure inside a fuel tank body 10 based on the pressure sensed by a pressure sensor 60, and controls a control valve 80 so as to obtain the inner pressure variation speed not more than a specified value. Concretely, an open time of the control valve 80 is duty-controlled, so as to limit a vapor amount (vapor velocity) passing the control valve 80 per unit time to be a specified value or lower. As a result, it is possible to limit the discharging velocity of the vapor from the fuel tank body 10 to be a value which enables effective recovery of vapor by means of a canister 34, and efficiently recover the vapor.
