PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic plate for ventilation of air in bathroom and toilet capable of eliminating the opening of a window and the operation of a ventilation fan, reducing investment in equipment, and reducing a maintenance cost. SOLUTION: A plastic plate for ventilation through window formed of a fixed part and a swing part installed continuously with the fixed part is installed on the stile of a window formed of two sheets of slide windows. When the slide windows are opened and closed, the swing part is swung to ventilate the air inside a room.
