PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably enhance the recycling rate of construction wastes and simultaneously solve a problem short in fields for treating the wastes as a side effect by reclaiming dug soil and the concrete lumps, asphalt lumps and construction surplus soil of construction wastes as a roadbed material for constructing roads, while the construction wastes have been recycled at a low recycling rate but the residual non-recycled wastes have been scraped in specified waste-treating fields as wastes and while natural disruption and resource exhaustion due to the collection of road materials are serious. SOLUTION: This roadbed material capable of being used for constructing roads is reclaimed by adding 20 to 25% of the concrete lumps or asphalt lumps of construction wastes or the mixture of the concrete lumps and the asphalt lumps to 70 to 75% of dug soil, crushing the mixture, adding <=5% of quicklime to the crushed product, and arranging the diameters of the obtained granules to <=40 mm. |
