PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finite angle torquer for a pachinko hitting machine for reducing costs and performing miniaturization. SOLUTION: This finite angle torquer for the pachinko hitting machine is provided with a stator (1) provided with an arcuate yoke (1A) and a pair of polar teeth (1B and 1C) for the stator extended in the radial direction of the yoke (1A), a coil (2) wounded around the stator (1), a rotator (3) provided rotatably for a finite angle (θ) to the stator (1) and a hammer (4) attached to the rotator (3) for hitting a pachinko ball (8) by being rotated and moved together with the rotator (3). The rotator (3) is provided with a pair of the polar teeth (3B and 3C) for the rotator provided on positions corresponding to the respective polar teeth (1B and 1C) for the stator.
