PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the space occupied by a roll paper cover at the time of the opening/closing operation or in the opened state. SOLUTION: A paper roll cover 21 formed integrally with cover side walls 21c, 21c, extending between both cover side walls 21c, 21, comprises a front end part 21a for covering a paper roll and a curved surface part 21b. The cover side wall 21c is mounted on a paper feeding part 2 body side wall manually rotatably. The rotation center B is provided at the substantially same position as the paper roll axis center (axis center) A, at an obliquely downward position slightly at the rear side with respect to the center A. The front end part 21a is formed as a substantially parallel flat surface with respect to a paper guiding part of a printing part 3 in the state the paper roll cover 21 is closed. The curved surface part 21b has a shape along the cylindrical shape of the paper roll 5. A notch part 21d is formed in a rear end part of the paper roll cover 21. |
