PURPOSE: A mobile flotation tank for purifying water is provided which not only can be moved under the water in a specific hydrosphere but also simply moved to the hydrosphere which is located far away, and substantially reduces costs for overall facilities that are installed in the hydrosphere. CONSTITUTION: The mobile flotation tank for purifying water comprises a ring shaped float (10) which is floated on the water; a dividing sheet (20) the upper and lower parts of which are in an opened cylindrical shape, wherein the dividing sheet (20) divides water under the water into the inside and the outside, the upper part of the dividing sheet (20) is united with the float (10), and the lower part of the dividing sheet (20) is extended to a certain depth of the underwater; and an injection pipe (30) supported by supporting ropes (32) at the lower center of the dividing sheet (20).
