PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that mastic having characteristics to remove and inhibit Helicobacter pylori is difficult to act on Helicobacter pylori for a long time because it does not sufficiently penetrate into mucosal cells, as the mastic is used in a solid state in a usual way in which the mastic is processed into a chewing gum by seasoning with a strong sweetener or enclosing in hard capsules after crudely crushing the mastic to granular size, or the like, because the mastic is sparlingly soluble in water and has a strong characteristic taste. SOLUTION: Mastic is dissolved in an oil and fat such as a plant oil, animal oil, mineral oil, or the like, to obtain an oil solution and subsequently processed to fill the oil solution in soft capsules. Preferably, an amphiphilic agent such as a surfactant, ethanol, an aqueous solution of ethanol, and the like, is added. Chitin and chitosan are also added. |
