PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to the slave catheter of a double lumen type catheter and loosening of a stud valve. SOLUTION: A double lumen type catheter 1 has a slave catheter 3 freely slidably mounted in a master catheter 2, with the rear end of the master catheter 2 connected to the front end 4a of a Y-shaped connector 4 having a branch line 4Y, and with the rear end 3a of the slave catheter extended backward to pass through the Y-shaped connector 4. A stud valve 6 locking the rear end 3a of an inside tube is provided at the rear end of the Y-shaped connector 4. In this case, a cover member R covering both the stud valve 6 at the rear end of the Y-shaped connector 4 and the rear end 3a of the slave catheter is freely removably installed. |
