PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal fixing control device capable of realizing an accurate temperature control similar to that when a choke coil is not inserted, even when the choke coil is inserted as countermeasures against higher harmonics. SOLUTION: This thermal fixing control device is provided with a a 1st temperature control means for adjusting a temperature to a target temperature by driving an energizing control means based on a 1st current quantity to a heating means of a fixing unit, from a zero-cross point detected by a zero-cross detecting means, a correcting means for determining a 2nd current quantity corrected from the 1st current quantity, and a 2nd temperature control means for controlling the temperature of the heating means based on the 2nd current quantity in the case that the choke coil is inserted in a power source line of the fixing means.
