<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a questionnaire data collection method capable of effectively collecting questionnaire data. SOLUTION: When a questionnaire answerer calls server 111 from his (or her) own portable telephone 101, the call is connected to the server 111 through a portable telephone network 108, a fixed telephone network 109 and a MODEM 110, answers of questionnaires are transmitted from the portable telephone 101 to the server 111 on the basis of a questionnaire sheet and questionnaire data are stored in a hard disk 113 built in the server 111.</p> |
