<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely detect a mobile object. SOLUTION: When a signal from an oscillation circuit 14 is transmitted from an antenna 40, the load on the antenna 20 fluctuates because of a change in electrostatic capacity due to the movement of a mobile object such as a human around the antenna 20. Because of this fluctuation, an oscillation frequency of the oscillation circuit 14 fluctuates. Thus, the frequency fluctuation is detected by means of a frequency fluctuation detecting element 16, and according to this result, the mobile object is detected by means of a determination element 18.</p> |
