摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation input device, which unnecessitates calibration operation or initializing operation without forcing new burden to an operator, can be utilized soon by anybody and can be utilized even inside a moving object without disturbing delicate work or operation using the tips of fingers. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a back (back of hand) detecting means for detecting the motion or posture of the back of the operator, body detecting means for detecting the action or posture of the body of the operator, spatial coordinate operating means for detecting the position or posture of the back corresponding to the position of the body of the operator on a three-dimensional coordinate system on the basis of the outputs of the back detecting means and the body detecting means, finger posture detecting means for detecting the postures of the fingers of the operator, finger form estimating means for operating the postures of fingers corresponding to the back of the operator on the basis of the outputs of the spatial coordinate operating means and the finger posture detecting means, hand form estimating means for operating the form of the entire hand of the operator on the basis of outputs from the back detecting means and the finger form estimating means, and operation input analyzing means for generating the command of a prescribed system on the basis of the outputs of the hand form estimating means and the spatial coordinate operating means.</p>
