<p>Compounds represented by general formula (I), esters of the same, or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof, [wherein R1 is C¿1-20? alkanoyl optionally substituted with at least one member selected from the group A of substituents, or the like; R?2¿ is C¿1-20? alkyl optionally substituted with at least one member selected from the group A of substituents, or the like; R?3¿ is halogeno, hydroxyl, C¿1-6? alkoxy, or the like; and X is a single bond or -O-CH2-]. These compounds, esters and salts exhibit an excellent macrophage-depressant effect and are useful as anti-inflammatory, antiautoimmune or antisepticemic agents.</p> |
