SOLUTION: A synthetic resin sheet having an irregular pattern is stuck to a wooden base material via an adhesive layer, and at least groove sections are provided on the synthetic resin sheet side of this decorative material for a floor material An ink filled layer is formed in the recesses of the irregular pattern and in the groove sections of the decorative material for the floor material, and a surface protective layer made of a hardening resin is formed on the whole face on the irregular pattern face side of the synthetic resin sheet.
