SOLUTION: An air stream suction port 7 is provided to the front surface of a machine body 1 equipped with a charge electrode 12 and dust collecting electrodes 14 and revolving stream generating blades 3 for revolving the sucked air stream and a diffusion air passage 6 diffusing the revolved air stream in a circumferential direction to send the same into the suction port 7 are provided to the front surface part of the suction port 7.</p> |
