AUTOMATIC CONNECTING EQUIPMENT OF HOFFMANN FILTER MEDIA ROLL

PURPOSE: An automatic connecting equipment of Hoffmann filter media roll is provided, which can connect an end of a front media roll (A) to an end of a rear media roll (B) automatically, so that the system can save working load and prevent any accident caused by heat of high temperature. The system can also improve cleaning efficiency of rolling oil by continued replacing time of media roll. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) a front media roll (A) mounted on a support roll (21) which has a second detecting sensor (40) for alarming the exhausting of media to output actuating signal; (ii) a media supporter (10) with an end of an inclined sliding plate (11) for loading and sliding a rear media roll (B) to a media safe receipt frame (20) with a support roll (21); (iii) a rotational roll (31) for unwinding the front media roll (A) to filtering line; (iv) a first cylinder(50) and a second cylinder lifted by a solenoid valve by the signal of an alarm; and (v) an idle roll (60) equipped with a touch bar (63) and a water spraying roll (70) with a water spraying hole (72).
