摘要 PURPOSE: A hydrolysis method of food waste is provided, which uses a semi-batch and semi-continuous system overcoming a defect that a batch system can not evenly hydrolyze the whole raw material and a continuous system requires the large facility. The system can hydrolyze primarily starch and secondarily the residue containing undecomposed fibers by hydrolyzing food waste at a pressure of 2-20kg/cm¬2 and at a temperature of 120-220deg.C. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) a raw material feeder (50) for feeding crushed food waste; (ii) four horizontal hydrolysis tanks (40,40a,40b,40c) which have a feed pipe (48) in a drum shape, a plurality of spray nozzles (46) placed in the center, a spray shaft (45), a screw (44) introducing raw food waste to a side, convey pipes (42,42a,42b) being opened by valves(43,43a,43b,43c) and conveying the introduced raw food waste, and hollow parts (41,41a,41b,41c) covering the inside of the hydrolysis tanks (40,40a,40b,40c); (iii) a water tank (30) connected to the hollow parts (41,41a,41b,41c); (iv) a booster (20) for supplying dry steam into the hydrolysis tanks (40,40a,40b,40c) and the hollow parts (41,41a,41b,41c); (v) a boiler (22) for heating water and sending the water to the booster (20); and (vi) a dewatering device (10) for dewatering raw material.
