PURPOSE: An imprinting device of an electronic card is provided to prolong the expected life span of all sorts of components by reading a card through an image sensor. CONSTITUTION: A feed roller(5) transfers a card at a fixed speed. An idle roller(6) transfers the card with the feed roller(5). A hinge bracket(7) and a spring(8) supply fixed power to the idle roller(6). A step motor(2) supplies power to the feed roller(5). An image sensor(3) reads an emboss of the surface of the card transferred. In addition, the image sensor(3) is installed in the hinge bracket(7). The first sensor(11) senses that the card is inserted into the image sensor(3). In addition, the first sensor(11) generates an image sensor operating signal. The second image sensor(12) judges whether the card read from the image sensor(11) is returned. A reject box(9) collects and stores the card returned. A plurality of feed roller(5) and the idle roller(6) are installed in a side frame(1) at a regular interval. The hinge bracket(7) is installed between the feed roller(5) and the idle roller(5). The step motor(2) is installed on one side of the side frame(1). An MSRW(Magnetic Strike Reading and Writing,4) reads a magnetic strike of the card. The card is transferred to the image sensor(3) via the MSRW(4).
