The ophthalmic vitreous-retina surgery lens comprises a refringent spherical element of uniform thickness and with a coaxial central circular window. The lens is preferably made of polymer methacrylate. EMBODIMENT - The lens has: diameter 12, wall thickness 0.5-1, central window diameter 4 convexity radius 27 and concavity radius 7.5 mm respectively.
