<p>The present invention relates to methods and intermediates for preparing compounds of the formula 1 <CHEM> and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts and solvates thereof, as well as structurally related compounds, wherein R<1>, R<2> and R<15> are as defined herein. The foregoing compounds are useful in the treatment of hyperproliferative disorders, such as cancers, in mammals.
