PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission line duplexing device for enabling automatic switching to a normal transmission line when any fault occurs on one of duplex transmission lines. SOLUTION: A transmission line duplexing device S:1 has parts MA and CMPA for storing received information from the B channels of transmission lines 1 and 2 and establishing synchronism, specified code overwrite instruction transfer part CNTA for transferring a specified code overwrite instruction through the D channels of the transmission lines 1 and 2 to a transmission duplexing device S2 after the establishment of synchronism and making the transmission line duplexing device 82 overwrite a specified code on to transmission information to the B channels of the transmission lines 1 and 2 mutually at fixed intervals, and complementing part CA for extracting the specified code from the received information from the B channels of the transmission lines 1 and 2 mutually at fixed intervals and overwriting a code at a position corresponding to the specified code on one of transmission lines 1 and 2 onto the extracted specified code when the specified code is extracted from the other line of transmission lines 1 and 2. |
