PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition for lipstick free of loss of glossiness, having easy and smooth usability and excellent in storage stability for a long term. SOLUTION: The composition for lipstick contains an oxyacid ester, a heavy liquid isoparaffin and a methylphenylpolysiloxane. Preferably, the oxyacid ester is 5-30 wt.%, the heavy liquid paraffin is 10-30 wt.% and the methylphenylpolysiloxane is 10-30 wt.%.
