MANUFACTURING METHOD OF INK JET RECORDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recorder superior in printing quality wherein an inner face of an ink passage of a holder is to be a surface superior in the ink-hydrophilicity and a trouble hardly occurs. SOLUTION: Holders 2a are superposed in such a manner that ink passages of the holders 2a are allowed to communicate with each other and are contained in a treatment vessel 5a to be fit thereto and a cover 51 is closed. An air including ozone is blown into the treatment vessel 5a through an air pipe 52 and is allowed to flow in the ink passage of the holder 2a in the communicating condition and then the inner face of the ink passage is treated with ozone. In the case where holes except the ink passages are not in the communicating condition by varying positions and superposing way of the holes formed in the holder 2a, the efficiency of the ozone treatment can be improved.
