PURPOSE:To realize a microphone equipment small in size in which an ultra- omni directivity is obtained and distortion of a desired sound signal is reduced. CONSTITUTION:The equipment is provided with a filter means 21 receiving an output signal of a 1st microphone 11, a subtractor 15 subtracting an output signal of the filter means 21 from an output signal of a 2nd microphone 12, and an adaptive noise canceller 10 reducing adaptively a noise component included in a main input signal based on a reference input signal. The characteristic of the filter means 15 is set as that of the result of identification that an output of the subtractor means 15 is zero when the identification signal is made incident from a direction of directivity desired to be formed and the sound is collected by the 1st and 2nd microphones 11, 12. The output signal of the microphone 11 is fed to the adaptive noise canceller 10 as the major input signal and the output signal of the subtractor means 15 is fed to the adaptive noise canceller 10 as the reference input. |
