METHOD FOR IMPROVING PERFORMANCE IN MOBILE RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM USING POWER CONTROL ALGORITHM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving performance in a mobile radio communication system where a power control algorithm is used and transmission is easily interrupted. SOLUTION: A recovery period for compensating the influence of the transmission interruption on the power control algorithm is given after transmission interruption and the recovery period includes a different part where a different type of compensation is continuously executed. The type is decided to guarantee that the min. compensation is obtained first and also the compensation is not heightened more than required after that.
