PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter capable of averaging the search time of a data position and shortening the response time so as to be shorter than that of conventional one. SOLUTION: In a binary method (binary search method), a midpoint is not found by operating numerical data themselves but the midpoint is found by operating a serial number applied to the numerical data. Besides, the method is applied to the transmitter.
