COMPLEMENTARY DIFFERENTIAL AMPLIFIER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complementary differential amplifier in which a first differential amplifier can be directly connected with a second differential amplifier by obtaining the differential output voltage of the first differential amplifier circuit for generating differential currents from a differential input voltage and obtaining differential output voltage by a current mirror from the differential currents as the input of the second differential amplifier circuit. SOLUTION: This complementary differential amplifier circuit is constituted of a first differential amplifier circuit constituted of a current mirror and a differential current generating circuit and a second differential amplifier circuit which operates complementarily with the first differential amplifier circuit. The differential output of the first differential amplifier circuit is directly used as the input of the second differential amplifier circuit so and differential input supplied to the first differential amplifier is amplified so that a differential output can be obtained from the second differential amplifier circuit.
