<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject oxygen concentrator preventing the deterioration of an adsorbent and capable of supplying oxygen with stable concn. over a long period of time. SOLUTION: This oxygen concentrator has a first heat exchanger capable of forcibly cooling high temp. compressed air supplied from an air compressor 2, a drain filter 5 capable of removing the drain generated from compressed air cooled by the first heat exchanger 4 and a second heat exchanger 6 capable of heating dehumidified compressed air after the removal of the drain. The compressed air heated by the second heat exchanger 6 is sent in an adsorbing tank 1 packed with a nitrogen adsorbent and oxygen cone. in the adsorbing tank 1 is stored in a product gas tank 3. At this time, the heat generated in the air compressor 2 may be supplied to the second heat exchanger 6 as a heat source for heating compressed air and the adsorbing tank 1 is packed with alumina on the side of its compressed air supply end part and packed with at least one kind of a nitrogen adsorbent on its compressed air discharge side.</p> |
