PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed liquid drink food which has good preservability, can easily be drunk, has excellent palatability, and can sufficiently utilize ingredients as a health food for the employment of an extract containing the active ingredients of mulberry tea as the liquid drink food, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This liquid drink food comprising the propolis processed product of mulberry tea is obtained by mixing the extract solution of the mulberry tea with an antibacterial propolis liquid in order to prevent the deterioration or decay of the extract solution of the mulberry tea. The good liquid drink food is obtained with processes comprising the extraction of the mulberry tea ingredients, filtration, concentration, mixing the extract solution with a propolis solution, whipping, filtration, precipitation, and the collection of supernatants. |
