PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium capable of integratedly managing data having various AV formats and a device and a method for performing the recording of the data and the reproducing of the data with respect to the information recording medium. SOLUTION: PGC information 50 in which the reproduction order of objects is defined and object information 80 being information concerning the objects are recorded as management information on an optical disk on which objects of pictures and sound data or the like are recorded. The object information 80 have general information of the objects 80a, attribute information of the objects 80b and a map 80c relating reproduction times of the objects to addresses on the optical disk of object constituting data which are reproduced. The PGC information 50 has cell information 60, 61... specifying the kinds of objects to be reproduced, identification information of the objects and reproduction sections of the objects. The order of the cell information 60, 61... corresponds to the reproduction order of the objects.
