PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate the need for the exchange of a lightning surge absorber and to improve the workability of the exchanging work of the absorber. SOLUTION: In a loading device, that is operated with the DC power supplied from a power-supplying device, which inputs AC power and outputs DC power, via a DC power cable, a lightning surge absorber which prevents the breakage of the power supplying device by absorbing the leaking-in lightning surge voltage that occurs in the DC output line of the power supplying device, when the AC inputting line of the device receives an indirect lighting stroke and the lightning surface voltage, which occurs when the DC power cable receives an indirect lightning stroke is constituted exchangeably by integrating the absorber with a unit, and at the same time, the absorber is provided with a displaying means which displays the need for exchanging of the unit.
