<p>A compound semiconductor solar cell comprises a transparent substrate, a transparent electrode layer consisting of an impurity-containing metal oxide formed on the transparent substrate, an n-type compound semiconductor layer formed on the transparent electrode layer, and a p-type compound semiconductor layer formed on the n-type compound semiconductor layer. The transparent electrode layer has a high impurity concentration toward the transparent substrate and a low impurity concentration toward the n-type compound semiconductor layer.</p> |
