PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily discriminate whether or not widely spaced ribs and narrowly spaced ribs perpendicularly provided on a back side of a bottom plate to form a recessed part of a lid are placed on an upper surface of the recessed part formed in a flange on a short side wall of a container body by discriminating whether the lid is covered on the container body in a horizontal condition, or the lid is covered on the container body in an inclined condition. SOLUTION: In a container having a lid, the lid is placed in a horizontal condition when the lid is covered on a container body so that a side part 16a of a bank part 16 with narrowly spaced ribs 19 of a lid R formed thereon is located on a side wall 2b on which an outer side pocket 5a and an outer side support leg 5b of the container body C are formed, and the lid is in an inclined condition when the lid is turned on the plane by 180 deg. and covered on the container body.
