PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bipolar coagulation incision appliance capable of cutting a coagulated location by the incision current after a tissue is surely coagulated, free from any bleeding during the incision of the tissue, with simple structure and excellent operability. SOLUTION: In the bipolar coagulation incision appliance having first and second jaws 2 and 3 to be opened/closed by each other, the first jaw having a first electrode 11, the second jaws 3 having second and third electrodes 12 and 13, and these components insulated from each other, the second electrode 12 and the third electrode 13 are arranged substantially parallel to the opening/ closing direction of the jaw so that the first electrode 11 is brought close to the second electrode 12 and the third electrode 13 in this order as the first jaw 2 and the second jaw 3 are closed by each other. |
