PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel compound different from the conventional agrochemical in structural skeleton and having excellent plant disease controlling activity. SOLUTION: This derivative is shown by formula (I) [R1 is a halogen; R2 is H, a halogen or lower alkyl; R34 is a 7-20C straight-chain or branched alkyl, 7-20C alkenyl or 7-20C alkynyl; and R4 is H, a lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, lower alkynyl, 3-6C cycloalkyl, lower haloalkyl, lower alkoxy lower alkyl, cyano-lower alkyl, hydroxy, lower alkoxy, lower alkoxycarbonyl, lower alkoxycarbonyl lower alkyl, lower alkylcarbonyl, lower haloalkylcarbonyl, formyl, group shown by the formula S(O)n-R5, (substituted) benzoyl, or group shown by formula (II)]. The derivative shown by formula (I) exhibits excellent effects of controlling plant diseases, e.g. rice blast.
