PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light- and electron-conductive polymer, that is, a polymer which can be used for an electroluminescence(EL) device. SOLUTION: A diketopyrrolopyrrole comprises a polymer or a copolymer containing units represented by the formulas 1 and 2 (wherein, x is an integer of 0.005-1, y is an integer of 0-0.995, and the sum of x and y is 1; Ar1 and Ar2 are the groups represented by the formulas 1 and 2, respectively; m and n are each an integer of 1-10; R1, R2, R3 and R4 are each H, 1-18C alkyl, -C(O)O-(1-18C alkyl), perfluoro-1-12C alkyl, unsubstituted 6-12C aryl or the like; R5 is preferably 1-12C alkyl, 1-12C alkoxy or the like).
